Bryan E. Traylor
President and Owner

Bryan began the business in 1994 and serves as the President and owner of Traylor Business Services, Inc. His responsibilities consist of Auditing, Marketing, Public Relations, Promotional Functions and the overall operations of the business. Bryan worked four years as a Cobb County business personal property auditor. He then helped start the Tax Management Associates office in Atlanta. There he worked as a Senior Auditor and Director of Georgia Marketing. Bryan earned his Accounting degree at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA in 1992.

Linda T. Traylor
Vice President and Owner

Linda's responsibilities include administrative duties, payroll, budgeting and bookkeeping. Her qualifications include over thirty years experience working in county government. She gained personal property experience while working five years in the Sumter County Tax Assessors Office. She worked as the Business Personal Property Appraiser performing verification reviews with controllers, tax representatives and CPA’s to obtain the proper level of assessment of property tax valuations.

Janice Parker
Audit Manager

Janice is our company’s Audit Manager. Her career spans over thirty years of working in the field of business personal property.  Most recently she was as an Appraiser III in the Personal Property Section of the Fulton County Tax Assessors Office in Atlanta. She also spent several years at Ernst & Young as a personal property tax consultant, representing the firm’s clients in Georgia and the Southeast.  She was a long time member of IAAO, GAAO, and IPT, as well as other state assessor organizations in the Southeast.  Janice was selected by the Property Tax Director of the Georgia Department of Revenue to serve on the Personal Property Form Development Committee in 1998.

Chuck Vrshek
Senior Auditor/Consultant

Chuck joined the TBS team in 1999 and is our company's Senior Field Auditor. His career as a financial professional includes significant positions in auditing, controllership, and financial analysis for major companies. He also served for 2 years on the appraisal staff of Cobb County, GA. His financial experience with manufacturing companies has proven to be invaluable for our county clients. Chuck is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has served our country in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Chuck is also a member of the American Legion.

Jason Miller
Senior Auditor

A graduate of Georgia Tech, Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics. As a student, he was a member of many academic and service organizations, and is eager to apply his accounting knowledge in a real world environment. His interest in financial analysis and reporting will help facilitate an understanding of ad valorem tax accounting, thus allowing him to better communicate property tax issues between client counties and taxpayers.

Ben Vander Wielen
Senior Auditor

Ben joined TBS in 2016 after moving back to Kennesaw from Savannah. Ben graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. In Savannah he gained experience working as a Staff accountant/Analyst for a large company headquartered in the area. While in college he eagerly took extra classes at Kennesaw State to become a CPA candidate and plans to pursue the license over the next couple years. While taking Valuation Principles in school his passion for the field began. The knowledge gained in school and love for the field make him a wonderful addition to the TBS staff and client counties.

Lori Skolnick
Staff Auditor

Lori joined the TBS team in 2017. She graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is receiving a Master’s degree in Accounting in early 2018. She has prior auditing experience, as well as extensive experience in corporate accounting with both public and private companies. In addition, her financial experience includes capital accounting, cost accounting, and revenue accounting. Lori's diverse experience is a tremendous value to our TBS team.

Daniel Forrester
Staff Auditor

Daniel joined the TBS team in 2018. He attended Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. He has a broad accounting background involving such industries as retail, banking and medical. His recent medical accounting experience as an Analyst has resulted in him being involved with local lawyers and judicial systems to handle customer accounts giving him valuable tools required by TBS. He is excited to join the TBS team to further expand on his accounting background into Personal Property and furthering his education. Daniel has served 6 years active duty for the US Airforce as an Aerospace Medical Technician where he was the distinguished graduate of his class and has worked alongside with the Thunderbirds, Blue Angels, and NASA

Dawn Upchurch
Office Administrator

Dawn oversees and manages all aspects of the firm's administrative duties, including audit program start up, billing, appointment scheduling, preparation of county to taxpayer correspondence, audit record requests and serving as clerical support for the auditors. Dawn has over 16 years of experience in business administration, payroll, profit and loss statements, billing, creating project management reports, supporting corporate marketing and working with employees and maintaining human resources.

Brittany Morris
Senior Executive Assistant

Brittany joined the TBS team in 2009. As the Senior Executive Assistant, her duties include a wide range of administrative tasks, including providing reports directly to the President and Vice President, as well as assisting the Office Manager in prioritizing and completing administrative functions. These functions include scheduling appointments, letter processing, and serving as clerical support for the auditors. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting.

Holly Hawkins
Administrative Assistant

Holly joined the TBS team in April 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. Her primary duties include answering phones, data entry, letter processing, and serving as clerical support for the auditors. Previously, Holly worked as a customer service representative for Kohlís, where she worked closely with customers and store management to solve problems. In 2016, she started attending Kennesaw State University to earn a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs with a minor in Political Science. She has used her time there to advance her cultural and political knowledge, through relevant coursework and a study abroad trip to London, England. She will graduate with her degree in December 2019.

Chris Walters

Chris is the webmaster of the TBS website and assists in designing, maintaining and updating the website. He also manages the company's social media presence and designs artwork for trade show booths and other marketing efforts.
